Dispatcher

Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional individual with previous dispatching experience, preferably in the plumbing or service industry. Applicants must be comfortable coordinating service calls, managing technician schedules, and communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. Experienced candidates only. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule plumbing service calls and customer appointments. Dispatch technicians efficiently based on job priority, location, and availability. Communicate with technicians and customers regarding schedules, arrival times, job updates, delays, and service issues. Monitor daily service calls and adjust schedules as needed. Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving scheduling concerns. Maintain accurate customer information, service schedules, and dispatch records. Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow up on service calls and keep customers informed of job status. Qualifications Previous dispatching experience is required. Plumbing, HVAC, or other home-service dispatching experience is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and phone etiquette. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
