We're a busy locksmith company looking for a sharp, fast dispatcher to run our office. No experience needed. We'll train the right person, but you HAVE to be quick.
100% remote, work from home
Monday–Saturday, 6am–6pm Central (US) time

• Dispatch jobs to our techs right away
• Keep the CRM updated in real time
• Manage all open jobs throughout the day
• Save jobs: when a tech isn't on the way yet, keep the customer informed and on the hook so we don't lose the job
What we're looking for:
• FAST response times. This is a very fast-paced industry. Customers are locked out and won't wait, and neither can we.
• Excellent spoken English and a clear, confident phone voice
• Able to juggle several calls and jobs at once without dropping anything
• Reliable internet, a computer, and a quiet workspace
• Available for the full shift, Monday through Saturday
