Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative Join Our Locksmith Team! We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our growing locksmith company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing locksmith services. You will coordinate service calls, communicate with customers and locksmith technicians, schedule appointments, and help ensure every job is handled quickly and professionally. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Provide friendly, professional customer service Schedule and dispatch locksmith technicians to service calls Coordinate technician schedules and routes efficiently Communicate job details, locations, and customer needs to technicians Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service status Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information Handle scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent service requests Provide customers with accurate information regarding services and pricing Maintain communication with technicians throughout the workday Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Process payments or assist with payment collection when needed Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable handling multiple phone calls and service requests Strong attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling/dispatch software Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, call centers, scheduling, or the locksmith/home-service industry is a plus Locksmith experience is not required ; training will be provided to the right candidate What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys helping people Communicates clearly and professionally Can think quickly and solve problems Is dependable and takes responsibility Works well independently and as part of a team Can stay organized in a busy, sometimes unpredictable environment Understands the importance of excellent customer service Position Details Position: Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PMPay:15 - 17.50 per hour, depending on experienceLocation: Kissimmee, Florida How to Apply If you are organized, dependable, and enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
