Dispatcher

A large, growing transportation company is seeking experienced Dispatchers to join our team. If you have a background in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) dispatching , we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Coordinate and dispatch NEMT trips in a timely and efficient manner Monitor driver schedules and assign routes based on location and availability Use mapping and routing tools to ensure optimized trip planning Communicate clearly with drivers, clients, and management to ensure smooth operations Handle scheduling changes, delays, and emergencies with professionalism Maintain accurate records of trips and schedules Qualifications: Prior experience dispatching in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (preferred) Strong knowledge of mapping, routing, and trip optimization Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Basic computer skills and comfort with dispatching software What We Offer: Competitive pay Growth opportunities in a large and expanding company Supportive team environment If you’re a skilled dispatcher with NEMT experience and a passion for helping people get where they need to go, apply today!
