Hire Right RecruitingDescription Our client is a well-established residential home services company in the Ogden area, running HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service across a fleet of more than 60 technicians. They are adding two Dispatchers to a growing dispatch team that keeps the whole operation moving. This is a great fit for an upbeat multitasker who likes fast days, enjoys people, and wants hourly pay plus a weekly performance bonus. Dispatch or home services experience is a plus, but they will train the right person. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily service board and route technicians across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical calls Keep technicians informed, on schedule, and supported throughout the day Communicate with homeowners about arrival times, changes, and schedule updates Calm down upset customers and resolve issues with patience and a positive attitude Juggle multiple calls, texts, and schedule changes at once without dropping details Work with the dispatch team to keep the board full and help it hit its weekly targets Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Strong multitasker who stays organized in a fast-paced environment Friendly, energetic, and even-keeled, with a sense of humor that works well with technicians Confident handling difficult customer conversations without taking them personally Dispatch, call center, or home services experience preferred but not required Comfortable learning scheduling and dispatch software Able to work onsite in the Ogden area and pass a pre-employment drug screen Benefits $17 to $20 per hour plus a weekly performance bonus that grows as you advance through dispatch levels Two shift options, 9:00 to 5:00 or 1:00 to 9:00, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday coverage Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long and short-term disability 401(k) retirement with company match Holiday pay, vacation pay, and paid time off Paid training and an onsite employee gym About Hire Right Recruiting At Hire Right LLC , we partner with skilled trades and service businesses to build teams that last.
