Role Description The Dispatcher is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role coordinates and schedules service technicians across multiple locations, ensuring timely response to customer service requests and efficient use of resources. Daily responsibilities include receiving and prioritizing incoming service calls, entering and updating work orders in dispatch systems, and communicating job details, timelines, and changes to technicians and customers. The Dispatcher monitors job progress, follows up on open work orders, and escalates issues when needed to meet service level expectations. Collaboration with customer service, regional leadership, and field teams is essential to support high-quality service delivery and maintain accurate records for reporting and billing. Qualifications Strong dispatching, scheduling, and coordination skills to manage multiple service calls and technician assignments. Experience using computer-based dispatch, CRM, or work order management systems, with solid data entry and record-keeping skills. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technicians, customers, and internal teams. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands. Basic understanding of HVAC-R, electrical, or commercial facility services, or willingness to learn industry terminology. Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling urgent service needs and escalations. Comfort working in a hybrid environment, maintaining reliability and responsiveness from both office and home settings. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or administrative training in a related field is a plus. Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations support in a service-oriented or facilities industry is preferred.
