Shift Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. *Please make sure this shift works for you before applying* What You’ll Do As a Dispatcher, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our drivers. Your primary responsibilities will include: Coordinating towing and roadside service calls Dispatching drivers in a timely and efficient manner Monitoring driver status and workload using dispatch software Communicating with customers and providing accurate ETAs Maintaining up-to-date records of calls and services provided Supporting drivers in the field and prioritizing their safety Collaborating with the management team to improve operations What We’re Looking For Experience in dispatching (preferred but not required , we’ll train the right person!) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Calm and professional phone manner Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Knowledge of the GTA is a strong asset What We Offer Supportive team environment Commitment to the safety and wellness of all staff Training and ongoing development Modern equipment and software Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour Benefits: Dental care Extended health care On-site parking Work Location: In person
