The Opportunity We're looking for a high-energy, organized, and results-driven Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that great dispatching is about more than filling a schedule. You'll play a critical role in keeping our technicians productive, maximizing scheduling efficiency, supporting revenue opportunities, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. We're not looking for someone to simply manage a dispatch board. We're looking for someone who can help drive the success of our field operations! What You'll Be Doing Strategically dispatch technicians based on skill sets, location, availability, and service opportunities. Maximize technician productivity, scheduling efficiency, and daily revenue opportunities. Monitor technician schedules, job progress, and dispatch boards throughout the day. Proactively adjust schedules for emergency calls, cancellations, delays, and changing priorities. Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, optimize routes, and fill scheduling gaps. Communicate effectively with technicians, Customer Care, and Operations leadership. Ensure customers receive timely updates and exceptional service. Track dispatch performance, technician utilization, and operational KPIs. Take ownership of challenges, solve problems quickly, and keep operations moving. What Makes You a Great Fit? Previous dispatching or service coordination experience preferred. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home services experience strongly preferred. Understanding of revenue-driven dispatching and technician productivity . Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software is a plus. Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills. Confident decision-maker who thrives under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
