Position Overview Title: Part-Time Dispatch Security Guard Employment Type: Part-Time Pay Rate: $22.48/hour Site: St. Clair College Schedule: Saturday - Sunday, 08:00 - 18:00 Overtime Methodology: [INPUT NEEDED: overtime methodology] Site Overview St. Clair College is a dynamic educational hub in Windsor, serving thousands of students, staff, and visitors. As part of the campus security team, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across the college facilities. What You'll Be Doing Monitor campus security systems, access controls, and CCTV feeds to ensure site safety. Answer incoming security dispatch calls and coordinate responses for security guards on shift. Log daily activities, dispatch details, and incident reports clearly and accurately. Serve as a key point of contact for emergency services and campus staff during incidents. Provide calm, efficient, and customer-focused assistance to campus visitors and community members. Must Haves Valid Ontario Security Guard License Valid Class G Driver's License Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification Legal authorization to work in Canada Nice-to-Haves Previous experience in dispatch, call center, or security operations center environments Strong multi-tasking skills and comfort using multi-line phone systems and security software Familiarity with post-secondary campus environments What's In It For You?
