Dispatch Assistant (Entry Level)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 hour lunch). Saturdays and overtime as needed. Pay: $18 to $20 per hour Location: Virginia Gardens office Ritehaul is a container trucking company that has been moving freight out of Port Miami, Port Everglades and Palm Beach since 1998. We're looking for someone to join our dispatch team and work directly with our Operations Manager. You'll be the first person our drivers call. If a driver has a problem, you help solve it. What you'll do: - Call and text drivers throughout the day to check on loads - Update our system (PortPro) with load status and notes - Email customers to fix issues like delays, missing info and appointment changes - Answer driver calls and get them what they need - Keep the Operations Manager updated on anything urgent What we're looking for: - Must speak Spanish and English (most of our drivers speak Spanish) - No trucking experience needed.
