Servco Service is looking for an organized, proactive Dispatch Administrator to join our team in Sunnyside, Manitoba. If you enjoy coordinating people and priorities, keeping details on track, and helping customers and coworkers get the answers they need, this could be the right opportunity for you. You will play a key role in the day-to-day success of our service operation—coordinating technician schedules, supporting billing and purchasing, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring completed work moves smoothly from dispatch through invoicing. This is a hands-on administrative role for someone who takes pride in being dependable, accurate, and one step ahead. What You’ll Do Coordinate technician schedules and keep the dispatch board current as priorities change. Review open work orders, follow up on outstanding items, and help keep jobs moving toward completion. Prepare invoices for time-and-material, quoted, and service agreement work. Submit invoices through customer portals and ensure required backup is complete. Support purchasing by reviewing purchase orders, verifying vendor invoices, and responding to vendor inquiries. Maintain service agreements, schedule preventive maintenance visits, and track renewal or follow-up requirements. Provide responsive support to technicians, service managers, customers, vendors, and Accounting. What You Bring Strong organization skills and the ability to manage changing priorities without losing track of the details. Clear, professional communication and a helpful, service-focused approach. Confidence working with Excel, data entry, customer portals, and business software. Accuracy and follow-through when handling schedules, work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documents. Previous experience in dispatch, service coordination, construction, or accounting support is an asset. A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, accounting, construction administration, or a related field is an asset. Why Join Servco Service?
