Role Overview

The Director of Public Funds Operations is responsible for the daily business operations of Meeder Public Funds, including system operations, client reporting, client invoicing, and trade settlement processes. This role drives the ongoing advancement of the Public Funds operating model, with responsibility for managing and optimizing the technology infrastructure. This leader will be highly involved in the execution of new product initiatives and will serve as primary contact to internal key stakeholders on these initiatives. This role will assist the firm in achieving an appropriate balance of scaled growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Primary Responsibilities

� Manage and coordinate the daily operations of Meeder Public Funds

� Serve as the primary contact to internal key stakeholders on change management and new product initiatives

� Stay informed of industry trends and systems and lead continued development of Public Funds operating model

� Manage system implementations/upgrades and maintenance of technology stack

� Cultivate the development of team members on the Public Funds operations and client reporting teams

� Work closely with key vendors to support Public Funds growth
