Director of Warehouse & Facility Operations Location: Las Vegas, NV Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Warehouse & Facility Operations to oversee the daily operations, logistics, personnel, and facility management of our distribution and fulfillment center in Las Vegas.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive experience managing large-scale warehouse operations, optimizing processes, and building high-performing teams. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, facility maintenance, and cost-effective distribution while supporting the company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics. Manage facility operations, preventative maintenance, equipment, safety, security, and vendor relationships. Lead, train, and develop warehouse supervisors and personnel while maintaining high productivity and accountability standards. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance. Manage warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory controls, and operational reporting. Oversee operating budgets, labor costs, shipping expenses, and facility expenditures. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable workplace safety standards. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, cost reduction, and operational scalability. Work directly with executive leadership on strategic planning, facility improvements, and business growth initiatives. Required Qualifications Proven Experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment management. Experience in a senior management or leadership role. Proven experience managing large warehouse teams, operational budgets, and distribution processes. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics. Experience overseeing industrial facility maintenance, equipment, and safety procedures. Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency, manage costs, and lead high-performing teams. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing distribution centers of 30,000+ square feet. Background in high-volume fulfillment, e-commerce, direct-to consumer brands, or multi-channel distribution. Experience with warehouse expansion, facility setup, automation, or process improvement.
