Within CO+I, the Global Supply Chain team is responsible for establishing a supply chain that can meet the ever-growing Microsoft Cloud for our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects and operations of those assets. This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX, Washington DC, or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting Leads teams in applying data tools and analytics to monitor program performance and drive data-informed decisions and strategic improvements across functions. Guides resolution of complex issues identified through data analysis and ensures timely escalation when needed. Oversees the development of reports and metrics to communicate key trends, insights, and performance drivers to stakeholders. Process Improvement and Innovation Leads cross-functional process improvement initiatives and guides the implementation of high-impact solutions using established and emerging methodologies. Drives team-led root cause analysis and synthesizes findings to inform functional best practices and continuous improvement across teams. Program and Project Management Manages teams delivering complex, cross-functional supply chain projects with broad scope and significant business impact. Leads coordination across multiple functions to ensure alignment, resource allocation, and milestone delivery. Provides strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and resolves cross-team risks and process gaps. Risk Management Leads teams in identifying operational risks across programs or business functions and guides the development and implementation of mitigation strategies. Oversees documentation of risk scenarios and response protocols to support organizational readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement Leads teams coordinating across internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of complex programs and resolution of cross-functional or high-impact issues.
