T H E R O L E The Opportunity We are hiring a Director of Operations and Logistics to take command of how Nuage moves — across warehouses, across cities, and across the most demanding event calendars in the country. This is a builder's role: the foundations are in place, the brand is unmatched, and the next chapter is about engineering and scaling the operational discipline, enhancing the application of warehouse technology, and building the fleet capability of a multi-site enterprise that performs flawlessly at scale. You will report directly to the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer and partner closely with the incoming Chief Technology & AI Leader and regional operations managers. You will own end-to-end physical operations and become the executive most accountable for execution of the operational plans and financial performance of the operations and logistics functions. What Success Looks Like in Year One A unified, KPI-driven, financially oriented operations and logistics function across all warehouses, with shared standards for inventory accuracy, order accuracy and client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and labor productivity. A modern warehouse technology roadmap deployed — WMS, RFID, mobile scanning, and inventory visibility tools selected, sequenced, and integrated with the ERP architecture. A professionalized fleet management function: route optimization, driver standards, telematics, maintenance discipline, and a clear-eyed buy-vs-lease-vs-3PL strategy for each market. Multi-site coordination that allows Miami, Chicago, and new locations to operate as one network, with inventory pooling, transfer logistics, and shared service standards. A leadership bench of warehouse and logistics managers who can run their P&L with autonomy and grow with the business. W H A T Y O U ' L L D O Duties & Responsibilities Operational Excellence Across the Warehouse Network. Own day-to-day execution across the Nuage warehouse network. Establish operating standards for receiving, inspection, laundering, staging, pick-pack, load-out, return, and reset. Drive measurable improvement in inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, labor productivity, and warehouse utilization. Warehouse Technology and Systems.
