The Drive-Thru Director is responsible for:
· The speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru
· Coaching the behaviors of all Shift Leaders, Pacesetters and Team Members who work in the Drive-Thru. Those behaviors include:
- Proper bagging to ensure high-quality food
- Reinforcing the Core Four
- Create Eye Contact
- Share a Smile
- Speak with an Enthusiastic tone
- Stay Connected to Make It Personal
- Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
- Cash management best practices
· Implementation of innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence.
· Delivering weekly Drive-Thru performance reports to the leadership team
· Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Drive-Thru Team Members
· Aligning daily practices of the Drive-Thru with the Vision of the organization and with the annual Thematic Goal of the organization
