Advise executives on technology risk and investment and lead projects from requirements and vendor selection through implementation and support. Team Management: Manage and develop a two-person team, run help-desk and escalation processes, and personally troubleshoot when needed. Support carrier, freight, and 3PL integrations, and resolve technology causes of shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, and retailer chargebacks. Cybersecurity: Own the security program: endpoint and email protection, firewalls, MFA, access reviews, vulnerability management, incident response, and employee phishing training. Coordinate requirements with insurers, customers, and auditors. Backup & Disaster Recovery: Provide oversight to verify, maintain and regularly test backup and DR plans with defined RTO/RPO so order processing, warehouse, EDI, and financial operations can be restored quickly after an outage.
