Director of Buyer Experience

The Matt & Molly Team is looking for a Director of Buyer Experience to be the calm, cheerful center of our buyers’ home-buying journey. You’ll keep the details straight, keep our buyers informed and excited, and keep our buyer team running smoothly while a dozen things happen at once. Think air traffic controller, but with more listing photos and fewer headsets. No real estate experience? No license? No problem. If you’re organized, a quick learner, and the kind of person who thrives when the to-do list grows faster than you can check things off, we’ll teach you the rest.
