Diesel Truck Mechanic

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Heavy truck Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in repairing and maintaining various types of heavy machinery and industrial equipment. This role is critical in ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including but not limited to diesel engines, shocks, struts, and tire services. Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure accurate repairs. Conduct inspections of machinery to identify potential problems before they escalate. Repair and replace defective parts, ensuring all work meets industry standards. Align and suspend equipment components as necessary to maintain optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair, particularly with industrial equipment. Familiarity with diesel engine repair techniques and tire service practices is advantageous. Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues effectively.
