Diesel Technician Diamond Fleet Solutions is hiring Diesel Technicians for a full-time second-shift shop opportunity in Van Buren, Arkansas. The shop is hiring technicians across multiple experience levels, including entry-level Diesel Technician candidates with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Compensation and Schedule - $25-$35 per flagged hour based on experience and skill level - Flat-rate position - Second shift: 3:00 PM-midnight - Full-time - Benefits and paid time off - Established dealership environment - Diagnostic equipment and training opportunities What You’ll Do as a Diesel Technician - Diagnose, service, and repair diesel-powered equipment - Perform engine, powertrain, hydraulic, fuel-system, and electrical repairs - Complete preventive maintenance and inspections - Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems - Remove and install components using proper service procedures - Use diagnostic equipment and service information - Document repairs and complete work orders accurately - Maintain a clean and safe work area What We’re Looking For - Diesel Technician experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome - Diesel, heavy-equipment, automotive, or mechanical training is a plus - Strong mechanical aptitude - Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs safely - Basic computer skills - Ability to read and follow service manuals and repair procedures - Personal tools appropriate for your experience level - Technical school or associate degree preferred, but not required Experienced Diesel Technician candidates with stronger diagnostic and repair capabilities may qualify toward the upper end of the $25-$35 flat-rate range.
