Shop and Maintenance Tech Role Summary: Successfully complete maintenance and service calls for equipment and vehicles on jobsites and at shop locations and assist in work order repairs Expectations: ● Help Maintain a Clean Shop ● Ensure all equipment is being maintained, and complete weekly service calls to each job site to preform a weekly maintenance checklist. ● Take ownership of maintenance and work orders in order to be productive when on jobsites ● Ensure all work is properly run through the current work order system and maintenance tracking stays up to date in Pace App ● Communicate proactively with Maintenance Controller and Lead Mechanic, as well as PM and Operators when on site ● Eliminate downtime and prevent last-minute scrambling through proper planning of work order repairs when maintaining equipment ● Work with Lead Mechanic and Maintenance Controller to confirm schedules, completed tasks, etc. ● Effectively Track CC purchases and send in receipts to help accounting ensure accurate reports.
