What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our diesel fleet, including roll-off trucks, vacuum/pump trucks, and trailers Maintain hydraulics, PTO systems, and vacuum pumps Lead, schedule, and support the driver team: daily routes, coverage, and accountability Track maintenance records, parts inventory, and vendor relationships Train drivers on safe operation, pre-trip inspections, and customer service Jump in behind the wheel to cover routes when needed What We're Looking For We hire for talent, not just a checklist. If you're mechanically inclined, a natural leader, and someone who takes ownership, we want to hear from you, even if you don't tick every box below.
