R&R Truck Centers is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our New Castle, PA team. With over 60 years in business, we provide truck sales, parts, and service, supporting customers who depend on their trucks every day. What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related truck systems. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on commercial trucks and heavy equipment. Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and service information to troubleshoot problems. Work with service team members to complete repairs accurately and efficiently. Document findings, repairs, and maintenance performed. Communicate repair needs clearly with the service team and customers as needed. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow shop safety procedures. Continue developing your skills as truck technology advances. Your specific responsibilities will be based on your experience and qualifications, as discussed during the interview. What We’re Looking For Experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Diesel Technician, or in a similar repair role. Strong mechanical knowledge and diesel engine repair skills. Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
