United Aeronautical CorporationJob Summary Responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and testing diesel-powered vehicles, equipment, and related mechanical and hydraulic systems. Ensures equipment is safe, reliable, and properly maintained while completing repairs in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Duties 1) Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and related mechanical components. 2) Perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and other scheduled service requirements. 3) Disassemble, inspect, repair, replace, assemble, and test mechanical components as required. 4) Diagnose, maintain, repair, disassemble, assemble, and test compressors and related components to ensure proper operation and reliability. 5) Inspect and repair suspension systems, shocks, struts, and other critical mechanical systems. 6) Operate hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and other shop equipment safely and effectively. 7) Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, maintenance, and parts used. 8) Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and applicable technical requirements. 9) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 10) Identify and report equipment problems, safety concerns, or repair issues to management. 11) Perform other duties as assigned. Experience At least five (5) years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, or overhaul.
