At Brilliant Care, they are redefining how healthcare is delivered—smarter, faster, and more connected. ​ The Position This position supports Brilliant Care's shipping and logistics team in preparing, processing, and shipping the connected health devices (such as blood pressure cuffs, glucometers, and scales) that patients use in our remote patient monitoring programs. This is a hands-on, in-person role that keeps devices moving so patients can start their programs on time. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and able to keep pace during high-volume periods. No healthcare experience is required; training is provided. ​ Duties & Responsibilities Clean and disinfect returned devices following Brilliant Care's cleaning and infection control procedures Inspect devices for damage, missing parts, or low batteries and set aside items that cannot be reused Test and pair devices as instructed so they are ready to transmit readings before shipping Receive and unpack incoming device and supply shipments Check shipments against packing lists and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies Log devices and serial numbers accurately in the inventory tracking system Organize, label, and restock the inventory storage area and maintain a clean, orderly workspace Help with regular inventory counts Build shipping boxes and assemble patient device kits, including devices, accessories, and printed instructions Pick, pack, and label orders accurately and on time to meet daily shipping goals Print shipping labels, prepare outgoing packages, and coordinate carrier pickups Process returned devices and packages Protect patient privacy by handling patient names, addresses, and order information according to HIPAA guidelines ​ Supervisory Responsibilities No immediate direct reports ​ Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED Communicate order issues or delays to the shipping lead and patient onboarding team Follow written procedures and adapt as workflows and priorities change Support other logistics tasks as assigned Warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred but not required Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, entering information into a tracking system) Reliable, punctual, and able to follow step-by-step procedures accurately Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 25 pounds Ability to perform repetitive hand tasks such as cleaning, packing, and labeling Work Environment Part-time position (20 hour per week) located in Richmond, Virginia ​ Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Work Location: In person
