DETAILING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Detailing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our vehicle detailing processes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, and implement process improvements to ensure exceptional quality and efficiency. Duties Lead, motivate, and supervise detailing teams to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance workflow efficiency and process effectiveness across all detailing activities. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding service offerings. Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of all detailing projects. Implement continuous process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and applying best practices to streamline operations. Oversee inventory management of supplies and equipment to ensure optimal availability for daily operations. Maintain comprehensive records of operational activities, performance metrics, and compliance standards. Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or project management within the automotive or detailing industry. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination, client interaction, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and quality enhancements.
