DEN Production Lead (Tues-Friday, 12PM-10;30PM)
QuickBox FulfillmentThe Production Lead is responsible for supporting daily warehouse production operations by providing direction, guidance, and workflow support to Production Associates, Pick/Pack Associates, Order Selectors, Packers, and other assigned warehouse team members. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, staged, and processed accurately, safely, efficiently, and on time in accordance with QuickBox standards, client requirements, and operational procedures. Duties may vary by site, department, client account, and business needs, but may include assigning work, supporting production floor setup, monitoring workflow, training associates, resolving order, or packing concerns, supporting carrier loading, and communicating department needs to leadership. Provide day-to-day direction and workflow support to Inventory Management associates, including receiving, replenishment, putaway, cycle count, inventory control, and related functions. Support daily department priorities by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and helping ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Assist with setting up the production floor, including organizing work areas, preparing batches, staging product, placing gaylords or other containers, and ensuring materials are available for production needs. Pull, assign, distribute, or coordinate orders, batches, pick tickets, or production work based on operational priorities and client requirements. Train and support new and existing associates on production procedures, packing requirements, picking expectations, safety standards, break schedules, and client-specific requirements. Monitor workflow, productivity, order accuracy, and quality throughout the shift and communicate concerns to leadership as needed. Assist associates with resolving packing errors, order issues, product concerns, label concerns, staging concerns, or other production-related questions. Conduct order investigations and resolutions. Verify that orders are picked, packed, labeled, staged, and prepared according to QuickBox procedures and client specifications. Communicate with Order Processing, Quality Control, Inventory Management, Shipping, Client Services, and other departments as needed to support daily production flow. Assist with loading carrier trucks, organizing completed orders, or preparing shipments for handoff to Shipping or carrier teams, as assigned by site leadership. Ensure associates are following assigned break schedules, safety procedures, GMP expectations, warehouse rules, and company policies. Help maintain department productivity, accuracy, safety, and quality standards assigned by site leadership. Identify and escalate product discrepancies, order concerns, inventory issues, equipment concerns, staffing concerns, process delays, or safety concerns to leadership in a timely manner. Support department documentation, reporting, communication, and shift updates assigned. Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and audit-ready production area. Lead by example by demonstrating professionalism, accuracy, teamwork, safety awareness, and adherence to company expectations. Support other warehouse functions, departments, client accounts, or operational priorities as needed based on business volume and site needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Mandatory: Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, putaway, or related experience. Ability to provide direction, guidance, and support to team members in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to follow and communicate written and verbal instructions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to read and verify product labels, SKUs, lot numbers, expiration dates, receiving documents, inventory reports, system information, and location details.
