We are hiring for an existing vacancy and are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented Demand Planner to help keep our sales engine running smoothly. Job Summary The Demand Planner is responsible for managing TP-Link Canada’s demand planning, inventory replenishment, and purchase order activities to ensure product availability and support business growth. Working closely with the GTM, Sales, Logistics, and HQ teams, this role analyzes sales forecasts, sell-in and sell-out data, channel inventory, promotions, and project pipelines to validate demand and develop accurate inventory and replenishment plans. The Demand Planner will place and manage purchase orders with HQ, monitor product availability and shipment schedules, and proactively identify supply and demand risks. The role also focuses on maintaining healthy inventory levels by minimizing stock shortages, excess inventory, aging, and obsolete products. A successful candidate will combine strong analytical and organizational skills with a proactive, data-driven approach to demand and inventory planning. This role plays a key part in ensuring the right products are available at the right time while contributing to TP-Link Canada’s sales performance and long-term growth. Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field. · Relevant experience in demand planning, inventory planning, purchasing, or supply coordination. · Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and planning models. · Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and practical business judgment. · Strong communication and follow-up skills across Sales, GTM, Logistics and HQ supply teams. · Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal. · Ability to support communications across time zones and respond to urgent supply issues when required. · Experience managing multiple SKUs and coordinating with overseas supply teams is preferred. · Eligibility to work in Canada. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Work with Sales and GTM team to consolidate and validate demand across all business teams, using forecasts, sell-in and sell-out data, channel inventory, promotions and project pipelines. · Maintain SKU-level stock and replenishment plans based on local inventory, goods in transit, open orders, product lifecycle and factory supply lead times. · Determine purchase order quantities and timing based on validated demand and stock plans.
