Delivery & Warehouse Specialist

You'll be responsible for handling goods, merchandise handling, and delivering products to customers with professionalism and care. Duties Safely load, unload, and organize inventory using manual handling techniques Operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles to deliver products to customers or job sites while adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Plan efficient delivery routes using mobile devices or route planning tools to ensure timely deliveries. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe driving conditions. Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Load and secure goods properly for transportation, ensuring heavy lifting is done following safe lifting practices to prevent injury. Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly. Skills Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in heavy lifting and/or handling Valid driver’s license with appropriate driving credentials for box trucks or vans. Experience in delivery driving, including route planning and adherence to traffic laws. Strong understanding of manual transmission vehicles and safe driving practices. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual handling tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor during deliveries. Proficiency with mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication purposes.
