We are looking for a Delivery & Warehouse Associate to help out in our Shipping & Receiving Department! We are under new ownership now and are looking to grow our team! Position Overview The Delivery & Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, shipping workflows, and order fulfillment activities from our DSD Accounts in the lower mainland. This role works closely with the Warehouse & Shipping Specilaist , focusing on deliveries, assisting with material handling, inventory movement, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing office administration with hands-on warehouse responsibilities and deliveries in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Delivery: Load and deliver products accurately and securely. Follow traffic laws, plan efficient routes, provide customer service, collect signatures/payments, inspect vehicles, and maintain delivery logs and paperwork. Warehouse Operations: Assist with receiving, organizing, storing, and restocking materials. Support production by moving supplies. Assist with managing layout, space utilization, and workflow to improve efficiency and organization. Shipping & Receiving: Prepare and stage outgoing shipments, verify orders, load/unload trucks, and ensure proper packaging and palletization. Maintain organized shipping areas. Fulfillment Support: Pick, pack, and assemble orders accurately. Label and stage shipments, and communicate stock issues. Inventory Handling: Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and reconciliation. Track material movement and support First In, First Out (FIFO) and inventory accuracy. Qualifications / Requirements Skills: Detail-oriented with accuracy in stock handling and order preparation. Able to follow instructions, work independently or in a team, and communicate effectively with coordinators, drivers, and production. Strong time management and basic knowledge of inventory flow and shipping processes. Forklift Certified Working Conditions Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and physical activity. Exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, and machinery. Must follow all safety protocols, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and operational guidelines.
