Delivery Helper / Package Handler – Fedex ISP

Location: Panama City, FL Pay: $15 per hour No driving responsibilities. No delivery experience required. Join a Team That Values Reliability, Respect, and Teamwork Suncoast Routes, a FedEx delivery contractor, is seeking dependable, hardworking Delivery Helpers to assist our drivers with package deliveries to residential and commercial customers. This is an active, physical position for someone who enjoys working on their feet and being part of a team. You will ride with a delivery driver and help move and deliver packages. You will not operate the delivery vehicle. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage bilingual candidates, including Spanish speakers, to apply. Responsibilities Assist the driver with loading, unloading, carrying, and delivering packages Help locate and organize packages for upcoming stops Verify delivery addresses and follow the driver’s delivery instructions Use hand trucks and other equipment to move heavy or bulky packages safely Follow safe lifting practices and request assistance when needed Treat customers, packages, and property with care Follow company and FedEx safety procedures Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Qualifications Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to the reporting location Ability to repeatedly lift and carry packages, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to move heavier items safely using equipment or team assistance Comfortable walking, climbing stairs, and getting in and out of a delivery vehicle throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and changing weather conditions Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a delivery driver Positive attitude and a strong work ethic Must meet applicable background screening requirements Warehouse, moving, delivery, or other physical work experience is helpful but not required Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply A driver’s license and commercial driving experience are not required for this position.
