As a Delivery Helper, you will work alongside an assigned Delivery Driver to safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers throughout our local communities. Load, organize, and unload packages from delivery vehicles. Deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses. Use company-provided delivery technology and mobile applications. Assist drivers with locating and organizing packages throughout the route. Follow company safety procedures and delivery guidelines. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and management. Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the workday. Help keep delivery vehicles clean and organized. Work as part of a two-person delivery team to complete assigned routes efficiently. Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to perform essential package-handling duties, including lifting and carrying packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier items when required. Ability to navigate residential and commercial delivery locations, including stairs, as necessary. Ability to perform delivery duties outdoors in varying weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a delivery partner. Must meet applicable pre-employment screening requirements. No delivery experience or driver's license required for this non-driving position. Work Schedule 9:15am - 7:15pm Shift Shifts may last up to 10 hours depending on operational needs.
