We are looking for flexible delivery helpers for both PART-TIME and FULL-TIME. Part time is 2-3 days per week, full time is 4 days per week. As a delivery helper , you are determined to successfully get every package to the customer’s door. You’ll use technology to locate and deliver packages. Candidates must be able to demonstrate they are a reliable, eager to learn, comfortable working at a fast pace, organized, and able to follow written and verbal directions. General Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver: Routinely deliver 300+ packages per day in 10 hours or less Load, unload, and deliver packages safely and punctually Work with a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Behave as a responsible and courteous teammate Show excellent attention to detail Follow written and verbal instructions Operate a smartphone for delivery, and daily records Represent Bear Logistics Services LLC and Amazon in a professional and ethical manner Maintain excellent attendance Applicants must ensure quality standards on and off the road & should be willing to support other team members in need of help. Applicants should also demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to load vans and deliver packages by climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions. This role does not require you to drive and you do not need driving or delivery experience.
