Join a team that shows up for each other and for the communities we serve Why Work With Thrive - Benefits $19.00/hour starting pay with overtime opportunities Paid training days - no prior delivery experience necessary Benefits package including paid time off, holistic care, and virtual care options Real-time safety coaching - we invest in your development every day, not just when something goes wrong Work alongside an assigned Delivery Driver for your full shift Start and end every day at our warehouse location - no remote dispatching, no guesswork Helper Requirements and Responsibilities You will need to meet the following federal and company requirements: Be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license or state issued ID Authorized to work in the United States Able to lift and carry packages up to 75lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Help load and unload the truck at the start and end of the route Carry and deliver packages efficiently and to customer specifications on time to residential and business customers Help the driver navigate stops efficiently Communicate clearly with your driver throughout the shift- you are a team Jump in on rescue calls to support teammates when needed Handle every package with care, in all weather conditions Represent Thrive Logistics Group with professionalism in every customer interaction Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures without exception Preferred Qualifications - Delivery Helper (Not required - we provide paid training) Prior warehouse or physical labor experience Interest in becoming a driver down the road Familiarity with the Greater Philadelphia, Delaware, or South Jersey region Ready to Join Our Delivery Team?
