Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. This role combines the excitement of delivering goods directly to customers with the hands-on responsibilities of warehouse operations. As a key player in our logistics network, you will ensure timely deliveries, safe handling of products, and efficient warehouse management. All positions are paid roles, offering valuable experience and growth potential. After 12 months, 5 days paid sick leave, 5 days paid vacation. Paid holidays are New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Must be able to work Saturdays 7:30 am to 12:00 pm on a rotating schedule. (every other week) Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles including box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles for customer deliveries and internal transfers Load and unload products using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices Plan and follow optimized delivery routes while complying with traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Deliver goods directly to customers’ locations with professionalism and excellent customer service skills. Assist with warehouse operations such as inventory management, order picking, packing, and organizing stock in compliance with safety protocols. Qualifications: Valid driver license and clean driving record is required. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely; knowledge of weight handling in the workplace is advantageous Familiar with flowers is a bonus, but not required.
