Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Title: Farm Driver / Warehouse Associate Location: Homestead FL 33030 Reports To: Head of Logistics Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Starting at $ 19.00 or commensurate experience Position Summary: The Farm Driver / Warehouse Associate supports daily farm operations by ensuring timely transportation of farm products, materials, and supplies, as well as assisting with warehouse organization, loading, and inventory management. This role is essential for maintaining efficient product flow from the farm to distribution points, markets, and customers. Key Responsibilities: ● Safely operate farm vehicles, box trucks, and trailers to transport produce, dairy, or other farm products. ● Load and unload products, ensuring items are handled carefully and accurately. ● Assist with warehouse tasks such as product sorting, labeling, packing, and pallet organization. ● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, coolers, and loading areas. ● Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. ● Support market setups, deliveries, and product returns. ● Maintain accurate delivery logs and follow delivery schedules. ● Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. ● Assist the farm team with general operational needs during slower warehouse hours. Qualifications: ● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required). ● Experience driving vans, box trucks, or trailers. ● Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in cold storage environments when needed. ● Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. ● Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse procedures is a plus. ● Bilingual | English and Spanish are a plus. Preferred Experience: ● Previous experience in agriculture, logistics, or warehouse operations. ● Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance. ● Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus. Work Environment: ● Combination of indoor (warehouse) and outdoor (farm/market) work. ● Requires standing, lifting, and driving for extended periods. ● Schedule may include early mornings, weekends, or seasonal flexibility.
