Delivery Driver/Warehouse Employee

Job Overview As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Employee, you’ll keep orders moving from the warehouse to customers. You’ll prepare and handle materials, load and unload vehicles, and complete deliveries safely and professionally. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations, route driving, and customer service. Your impact: Accurate order handling and dependable deliveries help customers receive the right items safely and on time. Duties Pick, stage, load, and unload orders; use a pallet jack and other material handling equipment as needed. Drive a van or box truck on assigned routes, follow traffic regulations, and use mobile devices for delivery instructions and records. Deliver orders to customers, provide courteous service, and report delivery issues promptly. Support warehouse operations by organizing materials and maintaining a clean, orderly work area. Use safe lifting practices when moving and handling heavy items; follow Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations where applicable. Skills Required: Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record; ability to drive assigned vehicles and perform manual handling, moving, and load-and-unload tasks. Preferred: Delivery driver, courier, van driver, warehouse, or commercial truck driving experience, including box truck or personal vehicle delivery. Ability to operate a pallet jack or other material handling equipment, or willingness to learn. Understanding of workplace weight-handling practices, safe lifting, customer service, and applicable DOT requirements.
