Delivery Driver - Urgent Hire Starting Pay $125 per Day

Propel Logistics LLC is seeking dependable, safety-focused delivery drivers for our Walmart delivery opportunity. Pay: $125 per day; Payment Schedule: Biweekly Work Location: On the road - Walmart and Sams Club Position Type: Contract / Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation and Vehicle Options Fixed, flat rate of $125 per day , rather than hourly pay. Company delivery vans provided for drivers who do not have their own cargo vehicle. Payments issued every two weeks. This opportunity is offered as a 1099 independent contractor engagement . No paid training, paid time off, health insurance, or other company-provided benefits. Compensation is a flat daily rate, with no separate overtime premium under the proposed contractor arrangement. Schedule Anticipated delivery windows are: 12:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery van or approved personal cargo vehicle. Load, organize, transport, and unload packages. Use your own smartphone for navigation, delivery instructions, and delivery confirmation. Navigate routes throughout the delivery area. Deliver packages accurately and follow customer delivery instructions. Provide courteous, professional customer service. Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds , with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently enter and exit the vehicle, walk, and climb stairs while completing deliveries. Basic Requirements At least 21 years of age . Eligible to work in the United States. Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Comfortable operating a delivery van; no CDL required . Must provide and use your own properly functioning smartphone capable of running the required delivery and navigation applications. Must bring compatible charging cables and a portable battery pack to keep your smartphone charged and operational throughout the delivery day. Reliable, punctual, and able to meet delivery commitments. Strong attention to safety, delivery accuracy, and customer service.
