Delivery Driver/Shipping & Receiving Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver/Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various destinations while ensuring accurate and efficient shipping and receiving operations. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicle while adhering strictly to traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Load, unload, and organize shipments using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as forklifts. Manage route driving efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards. Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order picking. Conduct manual lifting following safe lifting practices to handle heavy or bulky items during loading and unloading processes. Use mobile devices to communicate with dispatch, and update delivery statuses in real-time. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring accurate deliveries, addressing customer inquiries professionally, and representing the company positively. Requirements Must be 25 years of age or older. Preferred experience as a delivery driver or in a shipping & receiving role within a warehouse environment. Valid driver’s license & clean driving record. Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform manual handling tasks efficiently. Familiarity with warehouse operations, material handling equipment such as forklifts. Strong knowledge of route planning, traffic regulations, and DOT compliance standards. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and delivery processes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of safety awareness. Join us in delivering excellence!
