We have a fantastic volume of open routes right now and are welcoming drivers of all experience levels ! Whether you prefer short, local neighborhood runs or enjoy the open road with our longer, scenic routes extending all the way out to Casa Grande, we have a route that matches your driving style. Competitive Pay: Starting from $16.50/hour (scales upward depending on your experience). Job Type: Full-Time available! Dream Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shifts Only. (Enjoy your evenings and weekends again!) Great Shifts: Our Full-Time morning shift typically runs from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM (exact start times can vary slightly depending on your specific route). What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Deliver with Pride: Transport meals to local schools safely and punctually, serving as a friendly, smiling face to students and school staff. Team & Kitchen Support: Lend a hand with kitchen organization, loading, and utility tasks between your routes. Grow with Us: Build great relationships with school staff and your co-workers. High performers who learn multiple routes will find excellent paths for career advancement! Boy & Girls Club (B&G) Support: Successfully manage and complete scheduled B&G routes efficiently after wrapping up your primary morning delivery run. What We’re Looking For (Requirements) Must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record. A 5-year certified MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) is required for drivers. Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs - 75 lbs . Top-notch customer service, a positive attitude, and great communication skills. Credentials: Must be able to pass a DPS background check / E-Verify and possess (or obtain) an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card .
