Duties Safely operate commercial trucks and automobiles in compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and company policies to deliver products across designated routes. Load, unload, and secure merchandise using safe lifting practices, ensuring items are transported without damage. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to guarantee safety and reliability on every trip. Deliver products promptly to retail stores or clients, providing excellent customer service through clear communication and professional interactions. Merchandize products by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring proper pricing to maximize sales potential. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing revenue opportunities. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records while adhering to organizational standards. Build lasting relationships with clients by providing friendly service, addressing questions or concerns promptly, and fostering trust. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial driving, including route driving and automobile transportation; commercial truck driving experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, safe lifting practices, and heavy lifting techniques necessary for handling merchandise safely. Basic math skills for calculating pricing, measurements, and inventory counts with precision. Retail store experience or merchandising background preferred; familiarity with pricing strategies is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration; ability to build rapport easily. Organizational skills to manage route schedules efficiently and complete documentation accurately. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards. Military experience involving logistics or transportation is considered a valuable asset. Key Responsibilities Drive an assigned route to deliver chip products to retail partner locations on a set schedule Load and unload product safely, verifying quantities against delivery orders/invoices Stock, rotate, and face product on store shelves, displays, and racks (following FIFO practices) Build and maintain promotional/end-cap displays as directed Remove damaged, expired, or out-of-date product and process returns/credits Check inventory levels at each stop and place or adjust orders based on sales velocity Maintain accurate delivery records, invoices, and store signatures Build strong relationships with store managers and staff Report competitor activity, pricing, or shelf-space changes to management Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition; report maintenance issues promptly Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week Benefits: Mileage reimbursement Work Location: In person
