Delivery Driver (Hybrid Warehouse Role)

Mechanical Insulation Company – Victoria, BC We’re a mechanical insulation company based in Victoria, BC, looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines driving deliveries with hands-on warehouse work. What You’ll Do Deliver materials and products to job sites and customers in the Victoria area Load, unload, and handle insulation materials safely Assist with warehouse duties (receiving, organizing, staging, and inventory support) Perform vehicle checks and keep delivery vehicles clean and road-ready Communicate with the warehouse and office team to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries Follow all safety procedures and company standards What We’re Looking For Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (air brake endorsement an asset) Clean driving record Ability to lift and move materials (physical role) Reliable, organized, and comfortable working both on the road and in the warehouse Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred but not required Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Join Us Steady local work in Victoria, BC Mix of driving and warehouse duties (no long-haul) Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a specialized mechanical insulation company Location: Victoria, BC Schedule: Part-time (details provided during interview) Start: ASAP If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and ready to be part of a hands-on team, we’d like to hear from you.
