Delivery Driver Helper

Job Summary We are looking for a Delivery Driver Helper to join our team and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations. In this role, you will be riding with a delivery driver and helping bring merchandise into the stores. You will be interacting directly with our customers so professionalism, in both appearance and communication, is critical. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. This position offers the potential for driver training as we look to promote from within and grow our delivery team to keep up with our growing customer base! Pay rate is commensurate with industry-related experience and skillset Duties Conducting all business in a professional manner including appearance, communication, punctuality, etc. Handle and deliver all merchandise with care with an emphasis on minimizing damaged good Unload shipments safely using hand trucks Unloading empty pallets and returns at the end of the route Sweeping the back of the truck at the end of the route Requirements Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork Knowledge of shipping logistics Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items regularly, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Join us in creating an efficient delivery environment where your skills make a real impact!
