Delivery Driver (FedEx Ground)

Kiwi Karriers Inc is hiring full-time delivery drivers out of Staunton, VA . No CDL required. You get a flat daily rate of up to $200, weekly pay, and paid training from day one. We're a FedEx Ground contractor delivering packages across the Staunton area. We pay every week, reward strong performance with stop bonuses, and give you more vacation time the longer you stay. The Job You'll run a FedEx Ground delivery route in a company-provided box truck, covering about 150 miles a day to homes and businesses. You'll load and unload packages, verify every delivery, and follow the most efficient route while obeying traffic and safety laws. You'll also keep dispatch updated on any delays or issues along the way. The work is physical. You'll be in and out of the truck all day, carrying packages up to 150 lbs to front doors and delivery access points. You'll work on your own once you're trained, and your stop bonus rewards you for strong days. No CDL required. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with frequent bending, lifting, and moving in and out of the delivery truck Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations Strong time management and organizational skills Able to work on your own and handle several tasks at once Clear communication and a customer-first attitude Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus, not required. We provide paid training. Schedule Routes run 6 days a week, either Sunday–Friday or Monday–Saturday.
