I f you've got a valid license, a clean record, and the work ethic to handle a full route — we're ready to put you in a truck. We're a FedEx Ground contractor serving the Hampton Roads area. The Job You'll operate a company-provided box truck to deliver packages to homes and businesses on your assigned route. Expect 120–150 stops per day, GPS-guided navigation, and a start time of 8:30 AM. The work is physical — you'll be in and out of the truck all day, lifting and moving packages up to 150 lbs. If that doesn't scare you, you'll fit right in. Routes run 5 days a week with a weekend day off. This is a hands-on, independent role — you're the face of the operation at every door.
