Delivery Driver

Job Overview As a Delivery Driver, you’ll keep deliveries moving safely and reliably from the store to customers. You’ll plan and follow routes, handle products with care, and create a positive experience through clear communication and attentive customer service. This role combines driving, physical work, and opportunities to support sales through product recommendations. Duties Drive delivery vehicles on assigned routes and transport products safely, following applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Load, unload, and move items using safe lifting practices; heavy lifting is part of the role. Communicate with customers about delivery details, respond professionally to questions, and build strong customer relationships. Support merchandising and sales by presenting products appropriately and identifying relevant upselling opportunities. Keep delivery records organized and use basic math to verify orders, quantities, and pricing. Your impact: Careful handling and dependable client communication help customers receive the right products safely and on time. Experience Required: Valid qualifications for the assigned vehicle and a safe driving record; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience is an asset. Required: Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to perform basic math. Preferred: Route driving, automobile transportation, or retail store experience. Preferred: Experience with pricing, sales, upselling, merchandising, and customer relationship building. Ability to lift and carry products safely; knowledge of safe lifting practices is valued.
