Delivery Driver – Full-Time or Flexible Part-Time Cardwell Printing – Newport News, VA Cardwell Printing is looking for a dependable, responsible Delivery Driver to join our team. We are a long-established local printing and promotional products company, and our delivery drivers are an important part of making sure our customers receive their orders on time and in great condition. Full-Time Position Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM We will also consider a part-time/flexible driver who is looking for work on an as-needed basis. This could be a great opportunity for someone who wants to work a flexible schedule and is available when deliveries are needed. What You'll Do Deliver printed materials, signs, apparel, promotional products, and other customer orders Pick up materials and products from vendors and other local businesses Load and unload deliveries Help organize and stage orders for delivery Make sure deliveries are handled carefully and professionally Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist around the shop with basic tasks between deliveries when needed Represent Cardwell Printing positively while out in the community Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition Follow all company and driving safety procedures What We're Looking For The most important thing to us is reliability and character .We are looking for someone who: Has a clean driving record Has a valid driver's license Is dependable and shows up when expected Is honest, trustworthy, and responsible Takes pride in doing a job correctly Has a professional and friendly attitude Is comfortable dealing with customers Can work independently without needing constant supervision Is able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Is comfortable getting in and out of a vehicle throughout the day Can safely load, unload, and handle packages Is willing to help wherever needed when not making deliveries A good attitude and strong work ethic are just as important to us as driving experience.
