Delivery Driver | $22/hr Base + Tips + Mileage | Weekly Pay Our drivers average $36/hr, and top drivers earn up to $43/hr (including tips and mileage reimbursement). Technocracy Island Logistics Services LLC, an authorized DoorDash LCSP, is hiring W-2 Delivery Drivers across Oahu. You get a guaranteed hourly wage, tips on top, paid breaks, and a paycheck every week. Unlike 1099 gig apps, you're a W-2 employee here, with a guaranteed hourly wage and health benefits for full-time drivers. Pay: $22.00/hr base wage, guaranteed for every hour on shift Plus 100% of your tips, on top of your hourly wage Plus mileage reimbursement at $0.40/mile Team average: $36/hr. Once your shift starts, order offers come to you through the DoorDash Courier app. You accept them, pick up, and deliver. Your goal: get every order to the customer safely, accurately, and on time.
