We are looking for motivated, dependable Delivery Drivers to join our team! DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. You will be employed by Driver Driven Logistics, not Amazon. We handle your pay, schedule, benefits, and day-to-day management while you deliver Amazon packages. Up to 100% of your daily net earnings available each day Affordable healthcare, medical, dental, vision PAID HOLIDAYS (5 per year) 401(k) with matching up to 4% PTO accrual per hour worked Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250/yearly Weekly Bonus Opportunities Teammate of the month programs Transparency around pay, bonus opportunities, raise opportunities, etc. Anniversary Gifts Daily snacks, drinks, etc. CLEAN VEHICLES Company Cookouts and Events Responsibilities Safely operate cargo vans and other commercial vehicles to deliver goods to various locations according to scheduled routes Load and unload cargo up to 50lbs utilizing manual lifting techniques while adhering to safety protocols Manage route driving efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while navigating traffic and road conditions Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally Verify delivery accuracy, complete necessary documentation, and obtain signatures when required Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every shift to ensure safety for yourself and others Requirements Must be 21 years old Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable Transportation to and from the warehouse Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with delivering last-mile packages. Up to 50lbs Experience operating cargo vans or similar equipment; DOT Medical is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Familiarity with warehouse environments Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting Join us today as we drive excellence forward!
