Delivery Driver

Job Overview As a Delivery Driver, you’ll transport products safely and reliably while creating a positive customer experience. You’ll plan and follow routes, communicate clearly with clients, and support sales through thoughtful product recommendations. This role combines driving, customer service, and hands-on product handling. Responsibilities Drive assigned routes and deliver products on schedule, following Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safe driving practices. Load, unload, and transport products using safe lifting practices; handle heavy lifting as required. Communicate with clients about deliveries, answer questions, and build strong customer relationships. Support merchandising and automobile transportation tasks, and help maintain organized delivery and product records. Identify relevant add-on products, assist with pricing questions, and use upselling to support customer needs. Requirements Valid qualifications for the assigned vehicle and commercial driving duties; commercial truck driving experience is preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and client communication skills, with a focus on relationship building. Basic math skills for checking orders, quantities, and pricing; retail store experience and sales experience are preferred. Organizational skills and the ability to follow routes, handle products safely, and complete delivery tasks reliably.
